Posters are not included in the conference proceedings, but are included in the programme.
Conference attendees will vote for Best Poster via QR codes during the poster mingle session.
The winner will be announced at the award ceremony on Thursday, the 26th of June, 1.30pm in the Auditorium.
Poster Development Guidance:
Max. poster size: A0 Portrait (an A0 paper size in portrait orientation measures 33.11 inches by 46.81 inches. This is equivalent to 841 mm by 1189 mm).

Academic posters are a representation of your work, communicated through text, visual imagery, tables and graphs to summarise your project and its conclusions. Information is laid out in sections, using headings and subheadings to draw the attention and eyeline of the viewer. Indicative elements:

Poster Set-Up and Removal Information:
You are responsible for the set-up and removal of your poster.
Set-Up Window: Please bring your poster to the Arcades, Bush House, on Wednesday the 25th between 11am - 1pm. Once you arrive, you will be given a specific board where you can hang your poster.
We will provide pins to hang posters. If you require/wish to hang your poster without pins, please bring your own equipment.
Poster removal is required at the close of the poster mingle session, ca. 7pm. Please do so on time. Any remaining posters will be taken off and binned by staff.
Other Information:
Prepare a 1-minute pitch of your poster.
Bring a note-taking mechanism (paper, tablet, etc.).
Reflect on: What does success look like for you? Is it feedback, networking, collaborations?
Optional: add a LinkedIn QR code to your poster – be prepared to connect.
